LEARN
COMMITTEE
Create and cultivate
opportunities for people to study and more deeply appreciate their Christian
faith through educational opportunities that place an emphasis on the Bible and
the teachings and traditions of the Lutheran church.
INVITE
COMMITTEE
Bring people into the Christian
faith by reaching out to the southwest Wichita area, welcoming people to share
in our Lutheran worship and ministries, and showing hospitality to all who come
to our church.
ENCOURAGE
COMMITTEE
Incorporate people more deeply
into the community of faith through involvement in small group ministries,
mentoring relationships, and fellowship ministries.
SERVE
COMMITTEE
Help church members discern the
gifts God has given them and to grow as good stewards of those gifts through
active participation in congregational, church wide, and social ministries.
SUPPORT COMMITTEES
PROPERTY COMMITTEE
Provide ongoing care and
improvements of all grounds, facilities, and physical equipment, and to oversee
all regular and necessary maintenance at both

ALTAR
GUILD COMMITTEE
Ensure that, whenever the people
of the congregation gather for worship, the sanctuary space is well prepared and
all necessary items are well cared for, organized, and ready for use (including
oversight and care of acolytes and crucifers).
PRAYER
& CARE COMMITTEE
Oversee the congregation's care
ministry that includes regular prayer on behalf of congregation members, along
with hospital, nursing home, and homebound visitation.
IMAGING
COMMITTEE
Make available to the
congregation and community an ongoing record of the church's life, ministry, and
history, especially through the effective presentation and preservation of
photographs, along with regular oversight and care of our congregation's web
site.
