HE HAS RISEN!  HALLELUIA!  WELCOME TO RESURRECTION LUTHERAN CHURCH!  Welcome all who worship with us. Sunday school starts the morning at 9:00am along with an adult forum in the fellowship hall at the same time. Worship service is at 10:00am.  Coffee fellowship follows the service so please come join us.  Watch the bulletin and narthex communications board for more information.

CONFIRMATION CLASS 11:30am with Pastor Dave Fulton.

BUILDING WELLNESS FOR GOOD WORKSHOP AT RLC- Saturday April 20th from 9-3. Lunch included and no cost.  Sign up sheet is on Fellowship Hall shelf.  All are welcome to attend.

NO MENS’ BIBLE STUDY DUE TO WORKSHOP ON APR 20^th.

AREA 5 APRIL 2024 NEWSLETTER  – also on Fellowship Hall shelf

SANDWICH SATURDAY –APRIL 27^th  Please consider helping make sandwiches starting at 9:00am.  We will gather at the church at 9:00am to assemble 200 PB&J sack lunches.  Those will then be taken downtown to be distributed. For more info see Ryan Marshall.

ANNUAL YMT PLANT FUNDRAISER Plant delivery date is usually during the first couple of weeks in May when the plants are ready to be planted.  Thank you to all who purchased plants for a youth fundraiser.

CAMP TOMAH SHINGA - April 27th. ANNUAL AUCTION FUNDRAISER 6-9pm
The camp is having a semi-formal event at The Farm & The Odd Fellows, 205 W Second St Minneapolis, KS, while the auction will be held online April 22nd - 27th.Entertainment, appetizers & drink ticket included. Doors open at 6pm. $50 per couple. $35 for individual. Get your bid number and check out the awesome items on this year’s auction.

MAYOR’S PRAYER BREAKFAST – THURSDAY MAY 2^ND 7AM-8AM.
Deadline: April 25^th. Haysville Activity Center (523 Sarah Lane, Haysville, KS)  Meal catered by La Pasadita.  Tickets are $10 and are available in the church office.  Come meet Mayor Russ Kessler and have a great breakfast.  Checks can be made out to HMA.

GRADUATING SENIORS We will recognize all of our 2024 graduating seniors with a blessing during service.  Let Vicky in the office know if you are graduating from HS, college or achieving a diploma so you can be recognized.

FIRST COMMUNION – Please let Pastor Dave know if your child is ready for first communion class. 

ANNUAL WELCA ART & BOOK SALE THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF MAY.  We are accepting used books, games, art, puzzles and games.  Bring them to Fellowship Hall any time during church office hours.  Funds raised go toward WELCA projects such as ICT SOS Human Trafficking, unbudgeted needs, summer camp assistance and other designated charities.

ANNUAL MEETING PART II  - May 5, 2024  after service.  Year-end reports and audit will be presented.
